When you pay, your card details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure systems. We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Your IP address, device and browser type, and how you use our website. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit our website. We also use similar technologies, such as pixels and scripts, which work in comparable ways.

Strictly necessary cookies. These make our website work by remembering the contents of your basket and processing your order securely. Our website cannot function without them.

Advertising cookies. We use Google Ads to advertise our products and to measure whether our advertising is working. These cookies are only set if you agree to them.

How long we keep your information

We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfil your order and handle any return, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
